Debate Judges Wanted!!

To help judge student debaters at our quarterly, cross-school debate tournament. No experience necessary, training is provided!

• Thursday, March 29th 3:00-6:00
• Lawton Elementary School, 4000 27th Ave. West in Magnolia
• Training is provided at 3:00, Tournament starts at 3:45

Successful Schools in Action, an educational nonprofit comprised of the seven public schools on Queen Anne and Magnolia, has organized and funded debate clubs for fourth and fifth grade students at each of our four elementary schools. We have been working with The Seattle Debate Foundation, an organization that for the past several years has been setting up high school programs at public schools. They have been so successful that they have decided to move into elementary schools, to expose debate to/recruit the younger kids. 

These students do a great job and are really fun to watch,
please consider helping support this wonderful opportunity!
